Superior Blue believes our elected officials should look like the communities they represent. We are committed to electing women, people of color and people from historically-marginalized communities to every level of government.

We know the best way to deliver an authentic message to voters about these candidates is to have members of these communities be part of the creative process.

As a result, we make this same commitment to opportunity in the composition of our team. Half of our senior staff are women, and as we add members to the Superior Blue team, we consistently seek out applicants from these same communities.
