Superior Blue, a progressive mail, targeting and voter contact firm based in Washington, DC, Duluth, MN and Austin, TX, is seeking Account Executives to join our growing team of professionals who provide direct mail and targeting services to a diverse slate of progressive clients across the country.

Our Account Executives work closely with senior staff, partners and the Production Team to help create and deliver timely, accurate and creative mail programs for our clients. You’ll help translate polling and on-the-ground insight into compelling direct mail, working hands-on with our client and creative teams to make it happen.

The ideal candidate for this position will be strongly self-motivated, highly organized, have terrific attention to detail, be good at setting and re-setting priorities, and able to work well in a fast-paced, occasionally chaotic team environment. At least one cycle of campaign staff experience is essential, as are good interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude and an understanding that we do what it takes to hit our goals for our clients, every time. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
